BulkSMS.com reduces SMS prices to all South African networks
BulkSMS.com has reduced its SMS prices to all South African networks by between 2c and 6c per message, depending on the SMS bundle purchased. This pricing reduction is effective from 11 April 2013. The price reduction was made possible due to a decrease in SMS pricing by Vodacom, MTN and Cell C. As predicted in our article on what 2013 will bring for the South African SMS industry, SMS prices have reduced as a result of increased competition between the local network operators.
