4. How to view sent and received SMSs

4.1. View sent SMS messages

To view the SMS messages that you have sent using your email client, all you need to do is:

Step 1: Open your email client (for example, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird etc)

Step 2: Go to your sent items

Step 3: Sort by Subject as all emails with the extension @2way.co.za and that have your chosen password as the Subject will be SMSs that you have sent. (E.g. To: 27820010001@2way.co.za, subject: Password)

To view all messages sent from your BulkSMS account online, i.e. sent messages, you will need to follow these steps. Please note that this will show you all SMS messages for the last 30 days only.

4.2. View received SMS messages

Any responses to the SMSs that you send out will be stored in your email Inbox. To view them simply:

Step 1: Open your email client (for example, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird etc)

Step 2: View Inbox

Step 3: All emails with the extension @2way.co.za and ‘Email to SMS incoming message’ as the Subject will be SMSs that have been sent in response to an SMS you sent out. E.g. From: 27820010001@2way.co.za, subject: ‘Email to SMS incoming message’

To view all messages sent to your BulkSMS account online, i.e. received messages, you will need to follow these steps
