4. How to view sent messages and replies

4.1. View Inbox

4.1. View Inbox

Step 1: Open the BulkSMS Text Messenger and click on the Inbox icon on the drop down menu on the left hand side.

Step 2: View the inbox. To read the SMS messages, click on the message you would like to review. From here you can reply to or forward the SMS message.

Should you wish to print a message you can do so by selecting the message and clicking the printer icon on the top menu.

4.2. Download inbox

In order to download the messages you have received in your BulkSMS Text Messenger , you will need to go to www.bulksms.co.za and log in to your account on the website. Your log in details will be the same as the BulkSMS Text Messenger , i.e same username and password. To download messages to your computer, you can follow the steps: Download Inbox

Should you wish to print a message you can do so by selecting the message and clicking the printer icon on the top menu.

4.3. View message history (sent items)

Step 1: Open the BulkSMS Text Messenger and click on the Sent Items icon on the drop down menu on the left hand side.

Step 2: View the Sent items. To read the SMS messages, click on the message you would like to review. From here you can forward or print the SMS message.

4.4. Download message history

In order to download the sent messages, you will need to go to www.bulksms.co.za and log in to your BulkSMS account online. The username and password will be the same as it is on the BulkSMS Text Messenger . Once logged in, you can follow the steps to Download your message history. This will show you how to download your sent messages.

Should you wish to print a message you can do so by selecting the message and clicking the printer icon on the top menu.

4.5. View scheduled messages

Step 1: Open the BulkSMS Text Messenger and click on the Sent Items icon on the drop down menu on the left hand side.

Step 2: View the Sent items. The message with a clock face indicates a message that has not been sent yet i.e. a scheduled message. To read the SMS message select the message. To see when it is scheduled to go out, double CLICK on the message.

Step 3: Double clicking will bring up the ‘Sent Message Recipient Report’. This will show when the message is scheduled to be sent. It will show the date and time.

Step 4: Click ‘Close’ to close this window and return to the BulkSMS Text Messenger Sent Items folder.
