Messaging Products & Services

BulkSMS provides several products and services for sending and receiving SMS messages. Once registered on the BulkSMS platform, a user has access to all of them. Click on any link below to get more information on that product or service.




Mobile to Group

The Mobile to Group service enables you to enjoy out of office mobility with limited access to BulkSMS’s online solutions. It enables you to send SMS's to your online phonebook groups from your cellphone.

In order to send a text message from your cellphone via the BulkSMS system, all you need to do is send an SMS to the BulkSMS system identifying the group you wish to send to as well as the message you wish to send. The message will then be forwarded to the members of that group by the BulkSMS system.

Mobile to Group is an advanced feature under Web to SMS message sending. Open your BulkSMS account and start using the Web to SMS platform now.

Costs

It costs R1.00 to send a message from your cellphone to the Mobile to Group gateway on the BulkSMS platform. The cost for sending the SMS to the Group you have chosen thereafter, will cost from 23c per SMS, VAT inclusive when sending to cellphone numbers within South Africa. Getting started

Registering for your BulkSMS account is quick, easy and will only take a few moments. To start sending bulk SMS messages, Register now. Once registered and logged in click on ‘Other features’ to enable Mobile to Group. Once enabled, go to the ‘My Account’ page and click on ‘Mobile to Group’, under the ‘Online Phonebook’ section, to register the cellphone numbers that you want to use to send Mobile to Group messages.

Remember, you don’t have to register with a different user name every time you want to use a different BulkSMS product. Once you are a BulkSMS customer, you will have access to all of the products and services available.
